We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Performance and Business Information Manager. You will lead on the production of the essential information required by ASCH, including internal management data, statutory returns, CQC indicators, Council Plan measures and regional and national benchmarking.
The successful candidate will have a vision for how we can use qualitative and quantitative data to understand our performance and drive continuous, sector led improvement. You will manage a small, dedicated team and lead the performance management culture within the department, promoting a quality approach in continuous service improvements and responding to the needs of services through the provision of high-quality performance and business information.
