Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Analytics Analyst to manage campaign data analysis, reporting, and insights across multiple marketing channels for Nike EMEA. This role collaborates with internal teams and the client to optimise marketing performance, leveraging data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, and expertise in campaign performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key reporting deliverables to provide campaign performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive campaign performance.
  • Understand and translate client requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  • Streamline and automate campaign operations to enhance data consistency and reporting efficiency. Identify and address project challenges to accelerate implementation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work across multiple digital marketing channels, keeping up with industry trends and gaining hands-on experience with platforms like Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in using Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of numbers, trends, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, data & analytics.
