Our client is a leading name within the investment management industry. They are now looking to recruit a Performance Analyst to join their high-performing team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the Head of Performance, the Performance Analyst will be responsible for:

• Calculating and analysing performance and attribution using specific performance systems and manual spreadsheets
• Producing performance reports
• Developing performance data and systems to improve reporting processes
• Leading data-centric projects to enhance efficiency within the Performance team
• Writing commentaries to explain fund performance
• Enhancing current reporting processes using advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL

The Performance Analyst should have:

• 1-3 years experience within an investment management firm
• Experience in report production within investment operations (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly numerate, with a numerical degree preferred
• Proficiency in VBA/SQL and Python beneficial
