About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Performance Analyst to drive service performance improvements in line with government standards and regulations. This role involves monitoring key metrics, analysing user behaviour, and optimizing digital services. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data-driven decision-making and compliance with service performance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a performance measurement framework to assess service effectiveness.

Collect, analyse, and present key performance data to stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Configure and monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track user activity.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic optimizations.

Create dashboards and visual reports to track performance trends.

Lead performance analysis at Beta and Live service assessments.

Stay up to date with best practices and government digital service standards.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Performance Analyst or Web Analyst in a government or public sector setting.

Strong understanding of government service manuals and service assessments.

Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (3+ years).

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence decisions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
