Job Introduction

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Performance Analystto join our team at Manchester University Foundations Hospital. In this role, you will take charge of administering systems and managing reporting procedures to ensure all recommended improvements from site management and service operations are effectively implemented. Your work will be critical in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and shaping best practices for operations and labor management. What You'll Do:

  • Collate and analyse performance and compliance data from managers; recommend solutions to senior analysts and compliance managers.
  • Manage on-site asset duties aligned with team objectives and maintain up-to-date records in SharePoint with admin and operational staff.
  • Monitor and report engineer labour data to operations leads, management, and key stakeholders; collaborate with Central Service Ops to measure performance.
  • Update CAFM system to ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) job plans and schedules meet contractual compliance.
  • Generate ad hoc reports, assist with audit evidence compilation, and contribute to weekly performance dashboards and contract performance monitoring.
  • Proactively identify compliance or deadline failures, report to technical managers, and support continuous performance improvement.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork with Trust managers, clinical and non-clinical staff, engineering supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative and quality assurance support, ensure safe working environments, and act as backup for the Quality Assurance Officer as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to confidently assess situations and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, logical problem solver who remains composed under pressure and understands urgency.
  • Experience using SharePoint and CAFM systems.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good numerical ability.
  • Previous experience in a Health Service environment.
  • Mature working style with Hard FM teams.
  • Specialist knowledge relevant to healthcare settings.
  • Experience with Power BI.
