Job summary

Futurice is seeking a People & Talent Partner to enhance its inclusive culture and support the Head of People in various initiatives. This role will involve hands-on engagement across the employee lifecycle, recruitment, and DEI&B efforts, fostering a thriving workplace environment.

About the Role

As a People & Talent Partner, you’ll play a vital role supporting the Head of People and wider Operations team to build an inclusive, high-performing culture. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing hands-on support in recruitment, people operations, and culture-building initiatives.

Role Overview

  • As a People & Talent Partner, you’ll support the Head of People and broader Ops team to deliver impactful, inclusive people practices.
  • You’ll play a hands-on role supporting recruitment, employee experience, and people operations, helping shape a workplace where teams can thrive.
  • You'll help coordinate onboarding and off-boarding, enabling smooth and thoughtful transitions.
  • Support DEI&B initiatives and ensure inclusive, accessible people practices.
  • Maintain and enhance internal policies in line with culture and compliance.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning & development activities to support professional and team growth.

Skills and Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, or a similar people-facing role.
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and people operations.
  • A proactive, thoughtful approach to supporting people and teams.
  • Experience supporting DEI&B efforts.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Champion AI literacy across the team by exploring and embedding AI tools into people and talent workflows, enhancing efficiency, insight, and candidate/employee experience

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of company performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
