Job description

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

40% of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.

We are a social impact company and through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value.

But we’re more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We are growing fast, with our community of over 1 million users in 19 countries. Together, we have saved more than 400 million meals from going to waste since we started - but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

This role is based either in Copenhagen or London.

Your mission

As we continue to grow, so does our need to ensure we have efficient systems to support all of our people processes at Too Good To Go.

  • Coordinate testing cycles with support teams, such as integrations, and manage and resolve testing issues swiftly.
  • Management of our ATS, LMS, HRIS, Total Rewards and Employee Listening systems, and project management of the implementation of additional systems in the future.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for Tech and DevOps teams, as well as the technical interface with our external service providers, providing technical skills to refine and improve systems.
  • Accountable for the integrity of HR employee data and systems, and for conducting regular audits in partnership with the wider People Operations team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the entire HR team with regards to data management, integrity, security, validation, and compliance reporting.
  • Support and maintain the HR systems and API feeds / data warehouse
  • Drive process improvements across the People Systems landscape, including optimising how system issues, requests and feedback are reported, tracked and resolved.
Your profile
