Wood is recruiting for a People Systems Lead – Time to Pay to join our People Systems team on a permanent basis.

This role will lead the delivery, support and optimisation of technology solutions across Payroll, Time & Labour, and Absence Management, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams and technology partners to maximise value and drive continuous improvement across global Time to Pay processes.

Qualifications

• Senior People Systems experience leading Payroll, Time & Labour and Absence Management domains.
• Proven ability to align People Systems with business objectives and drive process improvement.
• Experience leading and developing a multi-person specialist team.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, support and optimisation of Time to Pay technology across global operations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to deliver scalable, compliant system solutions.
