Job Description

The People Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the HRIS roadmap.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. The development and maintenance of SAP Business Objects reports.
  2. Provide support to the HRIS People Systems Manager in a Systems Administrator capacity.
  3. Create, test, and troubleshoot reports for end users through a ticketing and approval process, ensuring all reports are properly documented.
  4. Adhere to information security protocols, including GDPR principles and business data security policies, as a priority.
  5. Support the administration and optimisation of the HRIS (iTrent) system.
  6. Ensure the system functions as expected and raise and maintain cases with MHR as needed.
  7. Manage system access in line with business processes and GDPR requirements.
  8. Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  9. Serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring support, escalating issues to the People Systems Manager when necessary.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the People System, including testing system upgrades, configuring new functionality, and assisting in the creation and upkeep of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
  11. Monitor and ensure the system is performing as expected, ensuring housekeeping routines are being run and raising and maintaining cases with the supplier as needed.
  12. Develop and maintain system accesses in accordance with business processes and GDPR requirements, obtaining relevant stakeholder approvals as required.
  13. Provide training on best practices to core users in navigating and utilising the HRIS effectively.
  14. Assist in the development and updating of end-user guides to facilitate system understanding and usage.

This is a permanent, full-time role and will require 2 days onsite working per week.
