People Systems Analyst
Location: London / Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent

A leading international law firm is seeking a highly motivated People Systems Analyst to join its London-based People team. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and the chance to support and enhance the firm's global HR systems - with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors, which has recently been implemented.

Reporting to the Senior HR Systems Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the firm's HR technology. The role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with the People team and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and configuration changes
  • Support key HR processes and projects, including appraisals, regrading, and regulatory reporting
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
  • Provide user training and support, promoting effective system use across the business
  • Liaise with external vendors and raise support queries where required

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in HR systems administration or analysis, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
  • Proven experience working with or supporting SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system configuration
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR data reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
