Contract: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Working hours: Full time – but flexibility considered based on skills and experience

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, allowing you to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Support Co-ordinator to support our busy team and ensure we deliver a first-class service to the business.

In this fast-paced environment, you will manage various administrative tasks, including processing and producing ID cards for employees, completing employment, tenancy, and mortgage references, among other duties. There will be a requirement to cross-skill with other teams in the wider Reward team.

What does it take to be a People Support Co-ordinator?

  • Previous administration and data entry experience – ideally in an HR environment
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office
  • Strong customer-focused communication skills at all levels
  • An ability to prioritise while delivering excellent customer service
  • Demonstrable experience of prioritisation, planning, and organisation
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment with attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
