Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Glasgow, Scotland, is seeking a People Solutions Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to act as first point of contact for employees and to support the UK HR team with lifecycle HR activities.

You will manage contracts, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, relocation, payroll input coordination, and reporting, while collaborating with HR partners and subject matter experts to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar HR role.
• Confident written and verbal English communication.
• HR qualification or CIPD accreditation preferred.
• Experience managing projects and processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Experience in a shared service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees on HR and PS inquiries.
• Independently handle general inquiries to HR.
• Advise on contracts, policies and procedures.
• Own employee life cycle and regional PS programs and policies.
• Support HR leadership with interactions with regulatory bodies.
• Assist HR Business Partners as needed.
• Challenge the status quo to improve PS services.
• Manage time recording, vacation administration, and HR data.Coordinate payroll input with the payroll team.
• Support reporting activities and document key processes.
• Participate in local and regional projects.
