People Solutions Change Partner

Job Description

The People Solutions Group Business Partner - Change & Transformation Partner is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing all change and transformation initiatives in the UK and Ireland. The goal is to ensure smooth, compliant transitions for employees and alignment with Concentrix's business objectives. This role oversees all people-related change management activities, including TUPE transfers, bid management, client engagement, reorganisations, and M&A work.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Manage all change programs by creating and maintaining project plans, engaging stakeholders and clients, and ensuring transparent communication.
  2. Develop and execute change management strategies to promote employee engagement and minimize resistance.
  3. Collaborate with leadership teams within the business and the broader People Solutions organization to ensure effective change delivery and minimize impact on employees and the business.
  4. Serve as the People Solutions owner for all bids, including preparing materials, responses, and working with Sales and Client Success to develop solutions while identifying and managing potential risks.
  5. Provide expert guidance on ER matters, especially related to redundancy, TUPE transfers, consultation, and case management, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
  6. Manage union and/or client engagement during TUPE transfer processes where appropriate.
  7. Influence and communicate with stakeholders about decisions and their impacts, ensuring understanding of legislation and maintaining commercial awareness.
  8. Design and implement communication and engagement plans to support ongoing changes within the business and affected groups.
  9. Collaborate with the wider People Solutions team, including Total Reward, Payroll, Talent, and Learning & Development, to support change initiatives.
  10. Partner with the UK and Ireland People Solutions team to involve them in change activities or provide ad hoc support.
  11. Monitor progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  12. Travel across the UK may be required on a short-term, infrequent basis.

Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading large-scale, complex change projects, including TUPE transfers and bid work.
  2. Ability to analyze, interpret, and understand complex information.
  3. Solid understanding of the organization’s operations and industry, with demonstrated business acumen.
  4. Ability to foster a customer service mindset and professionalism within the team.
  5. Excellent attention to detail.
  6. Proactive and ownership-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  7. Strong collaborator with an understanding of the HR functions' commercial impacts.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. CIPD or Employment Law qualification is desirable.
