Job summary

RS UK & Ireland is seeking a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will provide expert advice on People policies, manage queries, and help deliver a positive experience while improving People processes.

The role is hybrid with a Corby office and UK-wide scope. You will work with People, Payroll and business teams to ensure compliant, efficient service and accurate record-keeping.

• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and People policies.
• Ability to manage complex queries and provide practical guidance.

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract

The Opportunity

We're looking for a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. You'll provide expert advice on People policies and processes, manage a range of employee queries and lifecycle activities, and help deliver a consistent, positive employee experience while supporting continuous improvement within the People function.
