Join Nationwide as a Third-Party Vendor Manager, responsible for overseeing vendor relationships within the People Function. The Third-Party Vendor Manager will be managing the day to day vendor management requirements for a number of suppliers across Nationwide's People Function helping to maintain our compliance against the Operational Vendor Management standards.
You will be accountable for the contract for our pre-employment screening provider, who provide a critical service to protect the interests of the Society when recruiting new workers and for internal movers into regulated roles.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon or Northampton office. Managing the day to day relationship with a number of suppliers across the People Function. Tracking performance through balanced scorecards and operational review meetings. Seeking service and financial recompense where performance does not meet the required standards.
Acting as the conduit between the 3rd party supplier and numerous internal stakeholders, influencing decisions where necessary.
