Are you passionate about ensuring legal compliance and supporting international talent mobility? We’re seeking a dedicated People Services Sponsorship and Right to Work Consultant to join our team, reporting to the People Services Delivery Lead. You’ll lead, coach, and advise our leaders, colleagues, and new starters on UK Right to Work requirements, Sponsorship Licences, and eVISA processes, while ensuring adherence to UK legislation through rigorous auditing and compliance. Your expertise will help us maintain robust processes, manage Right To Work data effectively within our Workday and HireRight systems, and support our global talent acquisition strategies.
This customer-facing position requires strong influencing skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex legislation to senior leaders. You’ll also work closely with leaders and colleagues to develop tailored solutions that meet business needs while maintaining compliance. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) in our office at Parklands, Bolton, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.
