Overview

The People team are recruiting for a People Services Coordinator on a full time basis until July 2027.

Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, you'll provide an effective and efficient People Services support for all managers and employees of Volkswagen Group UK.

You will be the first point of contact for the whole business for all general People or HR related services. You will provide advice to managers and employees on our policies and processes as well as provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle from on-boarding all our new starters, to processing employee changes and leavers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide effective People Services support for managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters to processing changes and leavers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general People/HR services and advise on policies and processes.
  • Work with the wider People team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and integrity/confidentiality.
Skills & experience
  • Understanding of the HR impact to the business and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of new HR systems or project work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, with excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work closely with the wider People team in a collaborative, close-knit team.
