About the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the People Services team located at Overline House, Southampton. Working as a People Services Co-ordinator, this role will provide comprehensive HR administrative support to various stakeholders, in accordance with people management policies, procedures, conditions of service, collective agreements, regulatory frameworks, and management information.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate a positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload. You should also be a team player and an effective communicator.
As a People Services Co-ordinator, you will work alongside the People Business Partners, arranging formal meetings, preparing hearing documentation, note-taking, and updating activity trackers and case summary records. You will also respond to enquiries of varying complexity, providing accurate and timely information.

Overline House overlooks Southampton Central Station and is accessible by public transport. The station is close to West Quay, a hub for shopping and dining, and offers excellent links to London, coastal areas, and the Isle of Wight.
Working pattern
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.
