This exciting role will include:

1. Managing complex employee relations cases.
2. Working closely with managers to maximise their performance and potential.
3. Supporting the embedding of our recently launched People & Culture Master plan.
4. Providing accurate advice on people-related law and policy, and guidance.

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• A credible and dynamic individual.
• Ideally CIPD Qualified with relevant experience.
• Experience in analysing people-related data, reports, KPIs, and budgets.
• Previous experience in education is advantageous.

Closing date: Midday – 9th May 2025

College location: Based across our Lewes/Eastbourne Campus with hybrid working opportunities.

(Subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)

Hours: 30 hours across 4/5 days, full year, or 37 hours term-time only considered.
