Job description

OMG UK is looking for a People Services Assistant who will be a key member of the People Services Hub responsible for executing People transactions and providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.

This role reports to the People Services Team Leader and contributes to the overall efficiency of People services delivery and excellence, ensuring accurate and timely processing of People service requests.

Join our People Team and play a vital role in delivering best in class People services, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the OMG Group.

We are keen to hear from those with:

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a shared services environment with a tiered structure for query resolution and work queues split by specialisms.
  • Experience of working with Learning Management systems, preferably Cornerstone.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high quality service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
