We are looking for aPeople Services Assistantto join our recently refurbished Sheldon,Birmingham Office(B26)

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00

As aPeople Services Assistant,you will be an integral part of theHR department;you will be supporting the team onall HR related administration: fromproviding advice & guidanceto managers on HR policies,generating contractsand driving thereferencing &new starters processin to the business

You will be supporting the HR team with thedaily caseloads, maintaining files andupdating policies and proceduresas and when required. You will use yourkeen eye for detailto ensure all aspects of yourworkload is managed within tight time frames.

People Services Assistant-Experience & attributes needed:

  • Relevant experience in an administration role, preferably HR administration.
  • Experience of HR information systems, e-forms and workflow processes, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment and working towards deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy.
  • An understanding of HR practice, employment law and legislation would be an advantage
