The People Services Advisor is an important and integral member of the People Directorate. They will support the Senior People Services Advisors and People Services Leaders in the delivery of a comprehensive range of professional proactive and reactive people activities and services across the Health Board. This will require them to use their generalist people knowledge, skills and experience, to coach and support managers and staff, as appropriate, in respect of a diverse range of employment relation matters. The role currently supports hybrid working with a mixture of working from home, the office and various Health Board sites across the CTM portfolio with a high degree of autonomy in managing your own schedule within core working hours.
