What you will be doing:
  1. Provide essential administrative support across Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, and the Service Centre, with a strong focus on visa and right-to-work compliance for all workers.
  2. Lead on tracking and recording all visa types and end dates for all employees.
  3. Maintain accurate records and assist with internal audits for sponsored workers and all visa holders.
  4. Deliver high-quality service, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll changes, contractual changes, family leave, and leavers.
  5. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Level 2 GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience with UKVI compliance.
  • Experience in HR administrative roles.
  • Experience working in busy environments with competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems.
