We are proud to be partnering with a not for profit organisation, who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in North London, with hybrid working (2 home working) and a salary of £28,786 -£30,491 per annum.

The successful candidate must have experience of being a permanent HR Administrator and be prepared to be on site at least 3 days a week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Partnering effectively with recruiting managers to deliver customer focussed, proactive and highly efficient recruitment support, that promotes inclusion and co-production with people we support
  • Providing HR Administrational support across the whole of People Services (HR, L&D, volunteering and recruitment)
  • Maintaining the ATS (applicant tracking system) to ensure accurate records of full recruitment campaigns, communicating outcomes accordingly and providing reports as necessary
  • Reviewing recruitment documentation sent through by hiring managers ensuring and advising on compliance with legislation, internal policy and best practice
  • Maintain client and organisational confidentiality at all times. This includes employee record, student records and financial records

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
