People Projects & Digital Manager – FTC 12 months

At Avante Care & Support, we’re on a mission to transform the way we care and our people are at the heart of that change. We are looking for a dynamic People Projects & Digital Manager to lead the digital evolution of our People Operations, championing new ways of working, boosting efficiency, and enriching the employee experience.

This role is Hybrid – with on-site presence required at the Faversham office at least once a week. There may be occasional travel to services across Greenwich, Bexley, and Kent for training and support.

About The Role

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead and deliver People projects in line with Avante’s values and strategic goals.
  • Be the go-to expert for our integrated HR and rostering system – from implementation to training, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive digital transformation across all people processes including recruitment, workforce planning, engagement, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely cleansing, accuracy and collation of required data in the required format.

What You Bring

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR projects, systems, and people data.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and rostering systems.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, with fluency in relevant tools.
  • Ability to interpret data visually and strategically.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools in everyday practice.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and ethical data practices.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project and change management capabilities.
