Location: Whiteley

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

From leading integration projects to supporting day-to-day HR operations, this is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage meaningful projects, and help us build a workplace where people thrive.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in a similar HR or project coordination role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident navigating employee relations issues with a pragmatic approach
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and shifting between structured and reactive work
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Calm under pressure and focused on outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate People-related projects, including cross-functional and company-wide initiatives
  • Drive acquisition and integration activity, ensuring smooth onboarding and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Support employee relations casework, including absence, performance, and conduct issues
  • Coach managers on applying People policies fairly and consistently
  • Contribute to onboarding, policy updates, and employee lifecycle support during quieter project periods
  • Build strong relationships across the business and promote a collaborative team culture
  • Provide guidance to other People team members
