An international Petrochemical storage and distribution organisation operating in a fast-evolving sector is seeking a People Project HR professional to support the development and delivery of impactful people initiatives across North West Europe. The Role

Reporting into a global people function, you'll lead and contribute to HR projects that enhance engagement, efficiency, and organisational effectiveness. This hybrid London-based role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Broad HR knowledge with proven project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience as the lead on delivering HR/people projects
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) essential; project management qualification desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to deliver people-centric solutions
