A leading banking institution in Bristol is looking for an HR apprentice. This role offers a permanent position from day one with the opportunity to study for a Level 5 People Professional qualification. You will engage in various HR projects and gain practical experience in a supportive environment, helping to shape the future of HR within the organization.

As an HR apprentice, you’ll be in a permanent role from day one—learning on the job, shaping the colleague experience, and studying for your Level 5 People Professional qualification. Learning is paid for and costs are covered.
Two years. HR from every angle. You’ll spend your first year in one HR area, then switch it up in year two to see another side of the profession—while staying in your home hub.

What you’ll need to apply:
Important information: You must currently possess a valid Right to Work in the UK. Your visa end date must extend beyond the duration of the apprenticeship programme (up to two years).

This apprenticeship is based in Bristol. You will work from your primary office location throughout the programme. The hybrid working policy requires office attendance at least two days per week (40% for full-time colleagues). Apprentices are expected to be in the office most days during the initial period. If your commute exceeds 1.5 hours, relocation closer to the office is strongly advised.
