Job summary

ActAI is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company. You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles and design scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness.

You will analyze people and operational data, build dashboards, and define HR system requirements to support growth. This fast-paced, high-growth environment rewards accountability and ownership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or related field.
  • Strong analytical abilities and ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.

  • Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.

About the Role

You will own the systems, processes and frameworks that drive performance across the company.
