Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. in Banbridge is seeking a meticulous People Administrator to support payroll, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration within the People and Talent team.

You will maintain HRIS data, generate reports and KPIs, ensure GDPR-compliant processes, and act as a first point of contact for staff and managers. The role offers stable permanent employment with a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing and lifecycle administration.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ability to analyse and present workforce data.
• Support payroll, onboarding and reporting activities.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in all HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly and bi-weekly payroll data accurately.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including checks and induction.
• Maintain personnel records and HRIS data.
• Audit HRIS data, generate reports and KPIs.
• Provide general admin support and be the first point of contact.
