Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking three People Partners to join the People Directorate at Oxford Road, Manchester. You will work as trusted HR advisors to senior leaders, shaping and delivering initiatives across talent, succession, workforce design, development, performance and culture.

You will partner with Schools, Professional Services Directorates or key functions to diagnose organisational needs and embed impactful HR solutions through Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR professional with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience delivering talent, succession, organisational design and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders to shape and deliver HR initiatives across talent, succession, organisational and workforce design, development, performance and culture.
• Partner with Faculties and Professional Services Directorates to diagnose organisational needs and connect them with Centres of Excellence for effective solutions.

Join us as a People Partner at the University of Manchester.

We're looking for three People Partners to play a pivotal role within our People Directorate, working closely with Faculties and Professional Services to deliver high-quality, consistent people solutions.

Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, you will shape and deliver initiatives across talent, succession, organisational and workforce design, development, performance, and culture, helping to build inclusive, high-performing environments.

You'll partner with Schools, Professional Services Directorates or key functions to understand priorities, diagnose organisational needs, and connect them with the expertise of our Centres of Excellence, ensuring impactful solutions are embedded effectively.
