The Recipe

We seek a dynamic individual to join our People Team as a People Partner in the food manufacturing industry.

This role involves partnering with business leaders, providing coaching, driving change to grow talent, simplifying organizations, and delivering people plans and HR solutions as part of our team.

You will showcase leadership skills, work closely with employees at all levels, and thrive in a busy environment. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, driving initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic goals.

Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or hospitality will be valuable in navigating the food manufacturing sector.

The People Partner collaborates with site senior leadership, our national People team, People Services, and Centres of Excellence.

You will drive compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, engagement, and leadership development, fostering high performance and excellence.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, you will leverage data insights to inform the people agenda, ensuring focused and outcome-based activities.

Key Accountabilities and Measures

  • Provide leadership on People matters, bringing expertise and insights to foster continuous improvement.

  • Enhance self-service capabilities and collaborate with People Services and Resourcing teams.
  • Represent the voice of the internal customer to ensure central initiatives are fit for purpose and are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain continuous professional development (CPD) and share knowledge with the team.
  • Proven experience as an HR/People business partner in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
  • Strong generalist HR experience, coaching, and leading people.
  • Experience leading change and working with Trade Unions or colleague forums.
