Job Purpose
As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a People Partner on 12-14 month maternity contract. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a broad and exciting role, responsible for all aspects of our operational and strategic HR initiatives.
You will partner closely with our business leaders to support them as they manage and develop our employees, working in alignment with your colleagues in recruitment, talent development and employee communications to provide excellent employee experience and support our People strategy. You will be able to balance these activities with all relevant administrative aspects of HR, including oversight of benefits administration, assisting finance with payroll activities, employment documentation, policies and procedures and some HR-related compliance activities.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing a People Operations Associate, who is responsible for HR administration and office management activities under your direction.
Our ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, and ideally business partnering experience. The ideal person will be a confident and clear communicator, with experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, with the ability to balance operational and strategic work in order to support the business.
At Unily we follow a hybrid model of work with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week dependent on the needs of the role, the team and the wider business. We have offices in London and Eashing, Surrey.
