Job summary

IDEX Material Processing Technologies, partnered with Matcon and other brands, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to deliver a broad HR service. You will support employee relations, payroll, benefits, and talent development while promoting inclusive culture and compliance across sites.

Based at Matcon Head Office in Evesham, the role focuses on employee lifecycle management, performance support, and data-driven workforce planning within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing employee relations cases to resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Payroll and benefits administration knowledge.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance on policies, procedures and employment law.
• Support employee relations cases and investigations to fair, compliant outcomes.
• Administer payroll and pension activities; coordinate benefits and renewals.
• Drive learning, development, talent management and succession planning.
• Lead recruitment onboarding and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Produce HR reports and maintain HRIS data for decision making.
