Job summary

• Generalist HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• CIPD Level 5 preferred or working towards.
• Occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice on policies and employment law.
• Manage employee relations cases with fair, compliant outcomes.
