The HR Business Partner role is central to Bristol Bakery's success—supporting the manufacturing operations and collaborating closely with the Site Leader and leadership team. You will be part of a dedicated HR team on site, including an HR Advisor and a Learning & Development Manager, reporting to the Lead People Partner for Manufacturing.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
- Partner with senior management to implement and execute the Lead for Growth strategy and key people processes, including performance coaching to develop talent, simplify organizations, and enhance engagement.
- Develop and implement People Plans and initiatives aligned with business goals to improve people capability and performance indicators.
- Provide leadership and guidance on People matters, bringing expertise and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure a positive employee experience aligned with the employer of choice ethos and Bristol Bakery values.
- Drive empowerment and self-service capabilities, collaborating with People Services, Resourcing, and Advisor teams for timely support.
- Represent the voice of the internal customer to ensure central initiatives are fit for purpose and effectively implemented.
- Maintain own continuous professional development (CPD), share knowledge, and encourage team development.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven HR/People business partner experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
- Senior HR/People generalist with leadership and coaching experience.
- Experience leading and supporting change initiatives.
- Experience working with Trade Unions and colleague forums at a site level.
- Broad and deep HR knowledge, regarded as a trusted advisor by senior colleagues and leadership.
