Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to influence organisational success through expert people partnering, strategic advice and exceptional employee relations support?

We are seeking a credible and proactive HR Partner to join a well-established public sector organisation during an exciting period of organisational development and transformation. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR expertise that supports both business objectives and a positive employee experience.

You will provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, organisational change and restructuring matters, helping managers navigate challenging situations with confidence and consistency.

Alongside case management, you will use workforce data and insight to identify trends, support workforce planning initiatives and help leaders improve performance, engagement and retention. You will also contribute to organisational projects, policy development and wider people initiatives, ensuring HR practices remain compliant, effective and aligned with strategic priorities.

This is an opportunity to operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating with a wider HR team to deliver a high-quality and customer-focused service.

About You
