Job Description

• 3 month interim role to support wider HR team and partner with Finance business
• Role is to cover whilst permanent head is hired
• Lead on all elements of People Partner position
• Deliver on transformation agenda
• Delivering the people strategy within the organisation
• Providing guidance and support to managers on complex employee relations issues
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Leading and managing HR projects
• Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure consistency across the business
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity within the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'People Partner' should have:

• Experience working in fast-paced complex business similar to this one
• End to end people partnering experience
• Must operate in a commercial manner
• Experience in a HR role within the retail industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to manage complex employee relations issues
• A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
