Job Description
3 month interim role to support wider HR team and partner with Finance business
Role is to cover whilst permanent head is hired
Lead on all elements of People Partner position
Deliver on transformation agenda
Delivering the people strategy within the organisation
Providing guidance and support to managers on complex employee relations issues
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives
Leading and managing HR projects
Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure consistency across the business
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity within the company
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'People Partner' should have:
Experience working in fast-paced complex business similar to this one
End to end people partnering experience
Must operate in a commercial manner
Experience in a HR role within the retail industry
In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
The ability to manage complex employee relations issues
A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion

An estimated salary range of £320 - £400 per day
