Ready to bring the flavour to our people agenda?
At Wingstop, we’re not just in the chicken business, we’re in the flavour business. We’re here to deliver exceptional experiences and memorable moments, for our customers and our teams.
And we’re growing fast.
Recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024, 2025 and 2026, named the UK’s Number 1 QSR Brand in 2025, and home to Deliveroo’s Number 1 Dish in 2025, we’re building something special.
Now, we’re looking for a commercially minded People Partner who knows how to make great things happen in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business.
This isn’t a desk-based HR role. It’s a genuinely field-based position, partnering with our restaurant teams and operational leaders across London and the South, covering approximately 50 restaurants.
You’ll spend time out in the business, getting to know our people, understanding what’s happening on the ground and working alongside our Market, District and Restaurant Managers to make a tangible difference. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling regularly across the region, building relationships face-to-face and adapting your approach to the needs of each restaurant and its leadership team.
You’ll be a trusted partner to the operation, combining strong commercial thinking with sound people judgement. From coaching managers and navigating complex employee relations cases to using data to identify trends, improve retention and strengthen leadership capability, you’ll help turn our people strategy into action.
We’re looking for someone who understands the realities of a fast-moving, customer-facing environment. Someone who can build credibility with operational teams, challenge constructively, roll their sleeves up and balance the pace of the business with doing the right thing for our people.
We’re keen to hear from people who understand the pace and pressures of a multi‑site, customer‑facing business, ideally from hospitality, QSR, casual dining, restaurants, pubs or a similar operational environment.
Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable being out and about across the region. You’ll enjoy spending time in our restaurants, partnering with leaders face‑to‑face and building relationships with the teams you support. This role requires regular travel, so a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across London and the South are important.
We believe in rewarding our people, investing in their development and giving them the opportunity to make an impact.
You’ll be joining a growing business where things move quickly, ideas are welcomed and great people make a genuine difference.
We celebrate individuality and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work. We’re an equal‑opportunity employer and want our recruitment process to be accessible to all. If you need any adjustments, just let us know.
We know AI is a handy tool, and plenty of candidates use it. That’s fine, but we want you, not an AI‑flavoured version of you. Applications and interview tasks that lean too heavily on AI won’t give us a true sense of who you are. Bring your real voice and your real experience. That’s who we’re excited to meet.
