Job summary

Wingstop in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our dine-in team. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across all shifts.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll lead Shift Managers and Crew, coach and motivate, recruit and train staff, and ensure service, food quality, and cleanliness meet Wingstop standards.

About The Role

You’ll lead, coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive, high‑energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitment and training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the restaurant.

This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a visible impact.

This role is based in one of our dine‑in restaurants.
