People Partner — 12 months fixed term contract — £45,000 + Car allowance — 37.5 hours — Hybrid: Toddington based 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the 5-Year People Plan by driving culture, capability, and innovation.
- Act as the People expert across Central Support and project teams, working independently.
- Lead end-to-end projects, e.g. digitalising documents via DocuSign.
- Advise and coach leaders on all aspects of people management, including ER, performance, absence, and organisational change. Maintain regular presence at Central Support to provide guidance and challenge.
- Guide leaders in applying HR policies and practices effectively.
- Liaise with Moto’s People & Legal advisor on high-risk or complex cases.
- Support change initiatives including redundancies, restructures, and TUPE.
- Design and deliver training on People processes and employment law to build leadership capability.
- Assist with long-term sickness cases and oversee related admin (e.g. health checks, risk assessments, flexible working).
- Contribute to cultural, engagement, and change programmes aligned with Moto’s values.
- Build trusted relationships with site leaders to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Support development of HR services, focusing on data and reporting.
- Analyse trends and produce regular reporting for the People team and wider business.
