About the Role:
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a UK police force for a highly organised and motivated People & OD Support Administrator to join their People Services team. Based at Police HQ, this role provides crucial administrative support across various HR and organisational development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day admin support across the People & OD business area.
- Arrange appointments, interviews and meetings, and greet internal/external visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on SharePoint, Teams, Intranet, and other systems.
- Support the delivery of key HR processes including recruitment, workforce planning, performance, and attendance.
- Collate and report management information to assist strategic decision-making.
- Provide cover across the wider team as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with sensitive data in line with Data Protection principles.
- High attention to detail and accurate data inputting skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- GCSEs A–C in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Previous experience providing high standards of service in a customer-focused environment.
Desirable:
- Experience of collation, evaluation, and research of system data.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
