• Lead a team of 5 POE Specialists and provide coaching.
• Oversee payroll submission and Workday implementation activities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide training on new processes and tools to the POE team.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and conduct internal/external audits as needed.
