Join a National Charity Focused on Social Impact

Are you passionate about building high-quality HR and People Operations services for a charity that supports some of the most marginalized individuals in society?

Nacro works with people facing significant challenges within systems that often seem stacked against them: young people not in education or employment; adults and families experiencing housing insecurity and homelessness, often due to complex needs such as mental health issues, addiction, trauma, or relationship breakdown; and individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

Our People and OD team, led by a new Director of People and Culture, aims to cultivate a culture and employee experience that reflects the impactful work our staff do for service users and students daily. You will play a key role in this transformational journey, ensuring our operational employment practices uphold high standards and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.

Our workforce is highly dispersed across communities in England and Wales. We are committed to making Nacro an inclusive environment for our diverse and growing team because we believe diverse organizations perform better. Our staff combine compassion with person-centered support skills and resilience, working in a high-challenge environment that we aim to support with a high-support culture.

The People and Organisation Development team is on a journey to become more professional, data-driven, evidence-based, insight-led, and outcome-focused. Join us to make a meaningful impact on our national charity, contribute to our People and OD transformation, and support our service users.
