Overview

The People Operations Manager will oversee key human resources functions, ensuring smooth operational processes and seamless employee service. This role is based in Bicester and requires a strategic approach to managing HR systems and supporting organisational goals.

  • Develop and implement effective people processes, designed to drive efficiency
  • Work with teams based across Europe and serve as an escalation point for complex People Operations queries
  • Line management of one direct report and dotted line of several HR Advisors based in other countries
  • Supervise the execution of employee lifecycle changes
  • Develop communication channels across the wider people team in order to deliver a well rounded service to stakeholders

A successful People Operations Manager should have:
