We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide HR support and ensure smooth office operations.

HR Responsibilities (80%):
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment agreements and amendments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Act as The Authorising Officer, ensuring compliance with sponsor license requirements, managing the Sponsorship Management System (SMS), issuing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS), and updating migrant records.
Office Management Responsibilities (20%):
  • Greet visitors and new colleagues, manage phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including catering, tidiness, and supplies.
  • Supervise external service providers for office maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Communicate with external agencies and authorities, providing administrative support.
  • Support employees with daily questions and requests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and HRMS.
  • Experience as an Authorising Officer or in immigration-related roles, with understanding of Certificates of Sponsorship and Skilled Worker visas.
  • Relevant office management or team support experience, including setting up or developing new offices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • People-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach and outgoing attitude.
