We're backed by the highly successful Private Equity firm Exponent and headquartered in Covent Garden, London. The business is profitable with 3+ million customers globally.

We've made significant progress on our tech strategy, so it's a great time to join us as we focus on refreshing and elevating our people strategy!

The role

Join our small, but passionate team to deliver a first-class employee experience. We don't take a traditional HR approach. We design simple, thoughtful solutions that meet our people's needs and align with our business strategy.

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll own the day-to-day of people operations, bringing strong tech and data literacy, and a mindset for continuous improvement. You'll help us build scalable, efficient processes that support how we work today and where we're going next.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Continuously review, improve and automate people processes.
  • Own the execution of our people initiatives e.g. goal setting, engagement surveys, and performance management.
  • Ensure accuracy of our people system data, using it to generate actionable insights and track progress.
  • Ensuring up to date documentation for all policies, procedures and training guides.
  • Go-to for people queries and inbox.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth execution of payroll & benefits.

Employee Experience

  • Responsible for designing, managing and executing critical aspects of our employee experience.
  • Own and streamline on/offboarding: ensuring managers/leaders are fully equipped and engaged to deliver a positive experience.
  • Maximise employee engagement through regular feedback from the business and in partnership with the team.

Support people projects

  • Actively involved in the design of our EVP, including the launch and embedding of our values.
  • Own and support various projects within our People roadmap, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with our values.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Solid experience in a full-cycle people role, crafting a meaningful employee journey.
  • Confidence in designing and configuring HR systems and enjoys learning new tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, and able to extract insights from data to inform action.
  • Experience in design and implementation of people programmes (e.g. L&D, benefits review, performance management).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and keeps up to date with best practice & employment law.
  • Supported the execution of (global) payroll.
  • Approaches work creatively, seek innovative solutions and embraces learning.
