German Speaking - People Operations Executive

Hours: Flexible

We are looking for a confident and highly motivated People Operations Exec to join our People Team in Manchester. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need a superstar to help us achieve that!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Working within the existing People Ops Team in Manchester, you will support with various initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention. You will work closely with Function Heads across the Germany and Austria to ensure we are consistently improving on our People practices. So we need someone that will bring new ideas to the table and not be afraid to think outside of the box.

The Job

  • Work alongside Talent and L&D Teams to ensure smooth onboarding of all new employees
  • Support with induction & probation processes and ensure processes are followed and recorded accurately
  • Ensure completion of 1-1s across regional business areas
  • Drive employee engagement in surveys and identify key focus areas
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Report on employee absence
  • Ensure HR processes are followed, including any follow up admin / paperwork
  • Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment & team spirit

What We Are Looking For In You :

  • Competency of at least B2 in German Language
  • A motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn, develop and take full ownership of projects
  • Self-motivated team player that wants to exceed goals, with the ability to work on own initiative whilst building positive working relationships with colleagues across the business
  • A results-driven individual. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change whilst remaining resilient
