Qualifications

  • Strong admin and organisational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • A solid understanding of GDPR and right-to-work compliance

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and be the first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries.
  • Own the day-to-day people processes—onboarding, changes, offboarding—ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (People First), ensuring GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Be the first line of support for employee queries, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
  • Help drive automation and continuous improvement across our people operations.

Salary: circa £39,000 depending on experience

WFH policy: Employees are required to attend the office 2 days/week
Flexible working: Variety of flexible work patterns subject to line manager discretion e.g. Compressed 9-day fortnight.
