We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Team and be the go-to person for all things people processes, payroll, and employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we support our people, from onboarding to offboarding—and everything in between.
What you're responsible for:
- Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and be the first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries.
- Employee Lifecycle: Own the day-to-day people processes—onboarding, changes, offboarding—ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (People First), ensuring GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
- Recruitment Support: Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Employee Support: Be the first line of support for employee queries, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
- Process Improvement: Help drive automation and continuous improvement across our people operations.
What you'll bring:
- CIPD Level 3 (essential) or Level 5 (desirable)
- Experience in a People/HR function, ideally within People Operations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like People First or iTrent
- Strong admin and organisational skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- A solid understanding of GDPR and right-to-work compliance
