This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving company in a role that combines elements of legal, data, operations and people management — without requiring a traditional HR background.

The Role

You’ll sit in a central function working on employment matters, contracts, salary benchmarking, and process design. You’ll be supporting the business and its people with structure, precision, and reliability.

This is a key role with real influence and room to grow, ideal for someone sharp, highly organised, and commercially minded.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and interpret salary, headcount and bonus data
  • Support compensation benchmarking and pay-related projects
  • Draft and review employment contracts and documentation
  • Ensure legal and regulatory accuracy across people-related policies
  • Manage and improve internal processes, trackers and operational workflows
  • Liaise across teams (Legal, Ops, Compliance) to get things done quickly

What We’re Looking For

This is not a traditional HR role — they are open to Hr or non HR background as long as the skillset and attitude is right.

The candidate will likely come from one of two backgrounds:

Track 1 – Data-Focused

  • Strong analytical or financial background (Excel / Sheets essential)
  • Possibly Reward, FP&A, Comp & Ben, or People Analytics exposure
  • Comfortable interpreting large data sets and distilling insights

Track 2 – Legal/Contracts-Focused

  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Experience drafting or reviewing employment contracts
  • Background in legal ops, employment paralegal, or contract compliance

Must-Haves

  • Highly organised, accurate, and process-minded
  • Relentlessly efficient — you get things done fast and well
  • Sharp communication and written skills
  • Happy to work full-time in office (5 days)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, commercial trading environment
  • Open to working in a “People” context but not HR-first in mindset
